Big in Portugal!

It's true... after not posting to this blog in over three years, I now find out that I am big in Portugal!

Why? who knows.... I have been to Portugal once, Lisbon in fact. It was very pleasent.

But now, here we are with the task at hand... do i reactivate this blog?

I will leave it up to the masses to decide...

Any requests of advice, 'agony aunt' style?

or...

Any requests for biological timings? I.E. Digestion? Fingernails? Haircuts? Bruise healing?

I have been criticised for not having much content... so I am going to let the content on here 'self generate'... but that needs feedback... any biologist would tell you that.
